Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the baseline terms for access to and use of the VennYou platform and related services. If you enter into a separate written agreement or order form with VennYou, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Subscription services

VennYou provides software and related services that help outplacement and human capital firms administer branded candidate programs, manage users and clients, and support candidate workflows. Access may include a platform subscription, candidate credits, onboarding, configuration, support, and related services described in an applicable order or written agreement.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their authorized users, tenant configuration, customer-provided branding, candidate communications, and the accuracy and legality of data submitted to the platform. Customers must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide candidate, client, advisor, and organization data to VennYou.

Candidate credits and billing

Platform fees and candidate credits are billed according to the selected plan, order form, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, candidate credits apply to advanced candidate workflows and are separate from the flat platform subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, submit malicious code, interfere with platform security, scrape or reverse engineer the services, or process data for purposes outside your authorized business relationship with candidates, clients, or advisors.

Data and confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be protected using reasonable care and used only to provide, receive, support, or evaluate the services. VennYou handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable written data processing terms.

Service levels and warranties

VennYou will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the services in a reliable and professional manner. The services are provided without guarantees of specific candidate outcomes, placements, revenue, savings, or client renewals. Any service levels, warranties, support commitments, liability limits, or governing law terms should be stated in the applicable written agreement.

Suspension and termination

VennYou may suspend access if use of the services creates security, legal, payment, or operational risk. Subscription termination, data export, and post-termination access are governed by the applicable order or written agreement.
